BioThis journal will document my struggle with food addiction and my journey to self-control and eventually weight loss. I undoubtedly will stumble many times and struggle every day with a lifetime of bad habits to begin breaking... but, at least I'm trying to break the mold I've created for myself BEFORE health problems begin to arise... please be kind, this is a difficult thing to admit to and even more difficult to begin changing.
